The PVD finish and stainless-steel base are highly resistant to water and everyday wear, so whether you're headed to the gym, caught in the rain or jumping in the pool, your jewelry was built to keep up.
For the longest possible life, we still recommend rinsing after chlorine or salt water and drying it before putting it away.

The biggest culprit behind jewelry sensitivities is usually nickel.
Now for the part other brands tend to leave out.
Stainless steel is not nickel-free. Anyone telling you otherwise either confused or lying to you. Every grade of stainless steel contains some amount of nickel.
The difference isn't whether nickel exists—it's how much of it is released when your jewelry comes into contact with your skin, sweat or water.
That's why we use 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. It's highly corrosion-resistant, meaning it releases very little nickel during normal wear. Then it's finished with an 18K Gold PVD coating, which is also considered hypoallergenic.
Can we promise it'll get along with every single person's skin? No.
We have absolutely no idea what your body has personally decided to be dramatic about. But if every other peice of jewelry you've owned has been nothing but trouble, this might finally be the one that behaves.

A lot of jewelry—including many gold-filled pieces—is made with brass or copper underneath the gold. When those metals come into contact with water, sweat and your skin, they can oxidize, causing tarnishing, discoloration and, for some people, irritation.
We don't use brass.

Every piece starts with 316L surgical-grade stainless steel and is finished with 18K Gold PVD—a combination chosen to better resist tarnishing, fading and everyday wear.
